Dr Pat’s advice. If you are not getting a positive result on the OPK for ovulation, seek further help. Many women spend months blaming the device for not working when you may not be ovulating and need further investigation.

If you are under 35 and your partner is under 50 and you are not pregnant within 12 months you need to see a gynaecologist. If you are over 35 or have a history of PCOS or endometriosis this shortens to 6months.
